Order
Once your order is prepared and shipped by us, you will receive an email with a tracking link. This will allow you to see exactly where your order is. If you haven't received any confirmation or tracking email, please contact our customer service.
To change your region while making a purchase, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Country/Region". Then choose your preferred region from the tab that appears.
If your order has not been shipped yet, we can arrange to ship it to a different address. Please send us an email at: hello@rosejules.com.
Orders placed on our website are processed and shipped very quickly. Unfortunately, in most cases, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been placed. If you wish to make changes, you will need to wait for your package to be delivered and then return it to us. We will process a refund for the returned products. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking email. On the tracking page, you will be able to print a return label along with instructions for returning your order. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service at hello@rosejules.com.
Returns & Exchanges
At Rose & Jules, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the product(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. The products must be intact, unopened, and in their original packaging.
The return label required for sending back the products can be accessed from your order tracking page, received via email.
You can also obtain this return label by emailing hello@rosejules.com. Please include your order number, the product(s) being returned, and the reason(s) for the return.
For orders shipped within the European zone, the return label is prepaid.
For orders shipped outside the European zone, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
At Rose & Jules, we offer a Satisfaction Guaranteed policy with every purchase. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it to us within 14 days for a refund.
Upon receiving and verifying your return at our logistics department, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for your order.
If you notice any anomaly upon receiving your package, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service immediately via this form or by email at hello@rosejules.com.
Please note the following requirements for us to process your claim:
- Include your order number.
- Reach us within 72 hours of receiving your package (excluding weekends and holidays).
Products
The optimal usage period of your Rose&Jules product depends on its opening date. The icon on the label, depicting an open jar, indicates the number of months during which the product will retain optimal effectiveness after opening. Unless the label on the product specifies a shorter period, Rose&Jules products have a recommended shelf life of at least 36 months from their date of manufacture. This is followed by an additional usage period after the product is opened. This duration is specified on the product and varies from one product to another. Beyond this usage period, the fragrance and texture of the product may change, and its effectiveness, particularly that of its active ingredients and sunscreens, may diminish. For best results, we recommend using the product promptly and adhering to the specific storage conditions for each product.
We recommend storing your products in a cool place away from direct light. This advice applies to all Rose&Jules products, whether they are packaged in glass, plastic, or aluminum.
Yes, Rose&Jules creams, oils, and serums can be worn under makeup. Some customers wonder if the products might react with makeup due to their high concentration of botanical ingredients. This is not the case. However, we recommend allowing sufficient time for the Rose&Jules product to be fully absorbed by your skin before applying makeup.
Yes! All Rose&Jules products are certified organic by ECOCERT, except for two products:
- Hydra Elixir (All-in-One Facial Oil)
- Clear Complexion (Niacinamide Gel Moisturizer)
However, please note that these two products are Vegan Friendly.
Three of our products are not vegan:
- Luminous Sunshield (Sunscreen SPF30 with tint)
- Sublime Soie Végétale (Moisturizing Conditioner)
- Pure Balance (Moisturizing Shampoo)
The other 33 Rose&Jules products are all vegan. You will find the "Vegan Friendly" logo on the label.
Rose&Jules was born from the idea that natural skincare can be just as effective as traditional skincare. No compromises are made or will be made on this matter.
Even today, far too many players in this market prioritize their profits over the health of their consumers. For us, these ingredients have no place in the products that we, and those we love, put on our bodies.
No!! Like parabens, silicones, and other harmful substances, we do not use palm oil. We are proud of this choice.
Beyond its harmfulness to our health, palm oil is disastrous for nature. It is responsible for significant deforestation and consequently contributes to the disappearance of many species, such as the orangutans in Borneo.

It is prohibited by EU legislation to mention 'not tested on animals' because such tests have been banned in the EU for many years.
The EU legislation requires us to use the term "fragrance" in the ingredient list for all products containing any type of fragrance, whether natural or synthetic essential oils. The essential oils in our skincare provide a natural fragrance to our products. However, they are not added primarily for their fragrance.
Shipping
We ship worldwide with a few exceptions. We do not deliver to any address in a country or region where it is illegal for us to do so (embargo, conflict zone, war zone, etc.).
We offer various delivery options, as presented in our online store. The shipping carriers we use are Mondial Relay and UPS.
Products in stock are typically shipped within 1 to 3 days. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Delivery times vary depending on the chosen shipping method and the delivery location you have selected. The estimated delivery time will be provided in your order confirmation.
Upon shipment of your package, you will receive an email notification. This email will include a tracking link for real-time monitoring of your package.
Shipping charges will be added to your order according to the selected delivery method during checkout on our online store. For orders over 75 €, we offer free shipping.
